Maybe I've been watching too much Law & Order but basically there's a reason why there are different punishments for murder vs manslaughter....yes both are crimes but don't lump everyone together because there are different degrees of crime...I wish people would remember that when they spew their poisonous opinions.
I think his punishment /exile is already severe enough...leave it alone and let it rest.
